THE Prevention of Cruelty to Cows Bill, 2003, proposed to be tabled during the current monsoon session of Parliament, seeks to impose a nation-wide ban on the slaughter of not just cows, but the entire cattle population.

The definition of "cow" given in the Bill covers its progeny "including bulls and bullocks", with "beef" being correspondingly defined as "flesh of the cow or its progeny in any form". In other words, what is sought to be introduced is a comprehensive cattle slaughter ban legislation that goes beyond simply cows.

That is none other than our own Chicken Porridge. Lol.

I think i will try e-Baying it. Who knows some crazy McD fan would bid for it :)
